We generally advise to take your usual UK shoe size. Our lasts fit true to size, comparable to most high end English shoe brands. We offer the extra option of having the last in three different widths (C = narrow, D = medium, E = wide) as well as three different instep heights (low, medium, high).

You also have the option for test shoes (included for Premium MTM) to test the fit of the last and potentially choose a different size or have it slightly modified in terms of MTM.
